Terms of Service & Operation Agreements

These Terms of Service & Operation Agreements govern your access and usage of the corporate workspace platform, software services, and solutions designed and deployed by GrowthSpare IT Solutions (referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Authorization & Workspace Usage

By registering an enterprise workspace account, requesting a system-wide audit, or subscribing to our service matrices, you validate that you hold full legal and business authorization to coordinate agreements on behalf of your company context.

You are strictly responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your workspace password credentials and managing permission layers for internal teams accessing your active dashboards.

2. Professional Engagements & Retainers

Our software development (Python/Django frameworks), AI integrations (WhatsApp cloud APIs, custom LLM fine-tunings), and digital marketing (SEO/SEM) operations are provided based on formalized scope briefs, work orders, or contract agreements.

All estimated pricing matrices, budgets, and scheduling times presented on this platform are subject to formal work specification sign-offs. Retainers and billing cycles operate according to terms specified in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

3. Intellectual Property Protocols

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all custom client software, custom codebase implementations, database structures, and platform designs deployed by us remain the property of their respective owners. Intellectual property parameters transition completely to the client upon full payment and clearance of project billing milestones.

4. Liability & Jurisdiction

GrowthSpare IT Solutions is not liable for operational latency, system downtime, search performance volatility, or campaign metric drops resulting from changes to foreign platform APIs (including OpenAI, Meta, WhatsApp, Google Search Console, or web hosts).

These terms are governed and construed under the legal jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
